Subscription and refunds

The seven-day window, and where it stops

New members get seven days to look around and decide the membership is worth it. Ask and you get the money back — with three exceptions, stated here rather than buried.

  1. Once you download the model files

    The .pbix repository is the part of the membership with real value attached. The moment you are given access to it, the refund window closes — so ask for that access after you have decided the membership is for you, not before.

  2. Renewals are not refunded

    Monthly plans renew every month, annual plans every twelve. Cancel from the customer portal before the next cycle starts. A payment that has already gone through for a new period is not refunded.

  3. One refund per person

    The refund window is for first-time members only. If you have taken a refund before, rejoining later does not come with another one.

Already an Insider through Ko-fi?

Your access carries over — the email you support with is already on the list, so member articles open without paying twice. Nothing is switched off before you are invited across.

Common questions & answers

Who am I actually paying?

Polar, acting as merchant of record. That means Polar is the legal seller: it collects the payment, handles VAT and sales tax in your country, and issues the invoice. Checkout happens here on this site — you are not sent to another platform to pay. Cards from anywhere work, and prices are charged in USD.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from your account page. Switching to annual credits the unused part of the current month against the new term, so you never pay twice for the same days.

What happens the moment I cancel?

Member articles close at the end of the period you already paid for — no clawback mid-term. The FA series stays open because it is never gated, and any model file you downloaded is yours to keep.

Are the custom visuals included?

No. The PowerLib visuals are licensed through Microsoft AppSource, so Microsoft bills that licence and it is not part of a membership. A membership is the written techniques, the DAX and the model files.
